Dominique Musician Corner Scholarship Fund Recipients

Recipients of this scholarship have demonstrated their desire to use their artistic talent to inspire shared hope for a safer and better world.  

Since the first Walk For Dom event on June 4, 2016, WFD has organized several events a year to remember Dominique, promote healthy outlets for stress, and raise money for a performing arts scholarship. 

 It is the hope of Dom's family and friends that through the educational support provided by this scholarship fund, students will be assisted in their careers and better relationships will be fostered between parents, school administrators, community leaders, and students.

Ella Foose will be majoring in musical theatre and will be attending Ohio Northern University in the fall of 2023.

2018 Inaugural scholarship awarded to Kalaylah Chisholm

“My major is theater education. I will be teaching students performing arts. Students will be able to perform, show their passion, and do what they love. 2019 Inaugural scholarship awarded to Rebecca Gelb

“I’m attending Savannah College of Art and Design and pursuing acting. I was awarded Dominique’s Musician Corner Scholarship my freshen year and without any worries of financial burdens, I’m able to do what I love. I’ve created connections in the art field I never thought could. I’ve been able to get an internship here, be a part of the casting office, truly learn, and be immersed in what I thought was only a dream. 2021 Inaugural scholarship awarded Juniper Watkins. She is attending Georgia State and studying Film/Media. Her career goal is voice acting.
